Bio
I am from Alabama, were there is not much to do. Growing up in the south was an interesting experience for me because I felt like I was interested in things that were just not that common there. I remember being so uninterested in school during my high school years. I would be drawing in class most of the time rather then paying attention. This was the start of my artistic journey which led to to skateboarding with my friends everyday afterschool. I became interested specifically in skate culture and the art that revolved around it. I remember staring at the artwork on the bottom of skateboard decks when I would go to skate shops. This slowly began to inspire me to draw and slowly after became something that I was truly interested in. Growing up I also became an addict to watching cartoons which became a main inspiration of mine when creating. A mixture of skate and cartoon culture is what brought me together and made me find myself in my work. I would of never thought that I would still be creating work to be honest. I always thought that maybe it was some sort of weird phase that I had gone through in high school. Even in my undergraduate college years I kept taking art classes but never thought much of it since my major was focused on graphic design. I soon realized though that I was not as interested in graphic design but instead I was more interested in the aspect of creating something that I truly wanted to create.
